Mindray and BOE Sign Strategic Cooperation Agreement

On December 24th, Mindray and BOE Technology Group held a strategic cooperation signing ceremony in Shenzhen. The two parties will leverage their respective leading advantages in display technology and medical devices to further deepen cooperation in areas such as display components, complete display systems, smart hospitals, medical engineering solutions, medical sensors, in vitro diagnostics, smart campuses, and industrial internet. Together, they will promote the technological innovation and industrial implementation of "IoT + smart healthcare." Leaders including Chen Yanshun, Chairman of BOE Technology Group, and Li Xiting, Chairman of Mindray, attended the signing ceremony.

Radiometer and Illumaxbio Technology Forge Landmark Strategic Partnership

On December 22nd, Radiometer, a member of the Danaher Group’s medical diagnostics platform, and Illumaxbio Technology a specialized and innovative local enterprise, formally established a strategic partnership and completed the delivery of the first product unit. The two parties jointly unveiled their co-developed QC90 and QC95 series of fully automated chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzers. They also announced a focus on collaboratively advancing innovative applications and market expansion in the field of critical care point-of-care immune testing. This partnership marks a crucial step in Radiometer’s localization strategy in China, transitioning from "intelligent manufacturing" to "co-creation."

Agilent and Jieda Biotech Forge Strategic Partnership

On December 18th, Agilent Technologies, Inc. and Jieda Biotech (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement, formally designating Jieda Biotech as an "Agilent Sample Quality Control Certified Laboratory." From sample testing and analysis to data management, Jieda Biotech will implement Agilent’s industry-leading sample quality control solutions. With a shared commitment to product and service quality as their foundation, the two parties will work together to provide high-quality, integrated next-generation sequencing (NGS) services for the global life sciences research community.
