CACLP 2026 Enters 1-Month Countdown as Global Diagnostics Community Prepares to Convene

With less than one month remaining before its official opening, the 23rd China International In Vitro Diagnostics by CACLP, together with a series of academic conferences, industry forums, and business meetings, has entered its final countdown stage. 

As the last official press release ahead of the event, this update outlines the latest developments of the exhibition, its expanding international engagement, and the key value it will deliver to the global diagnostics community. 

Global Exhibitors and Emerging Demand-Driven Layout

The 23rd China International In Vitro Diagnostics by CACLP will take place from 21–23 March 2026 at the Xiamen International Expo Center in Xiamen City, Fujian Province, China.

Covering the full IVD industry value chain, from raw materials to instruments & reagents, contract manufacturing, distribution, and digital solutions, the exhibition continues to attract strong participation from both leading Chinese companies and international brands. See the latest exhibitors.

CACLP 2026 will debut two dedicated thematic pavilions in Hall 5 for the first time - Medical Research Pavilion and At-home Testing Pavilion, reflecting the fast-evolving market dynamics in China. The exhibition will also feature the AI Zone in Hall 3 and the CRO Zone in Hall 2 dedicated to Contract Research Organizations, further strengthening the CACLP’s coverage of emerging technologies and professional service providers.

Amid stronger policy support, accelerated biomedical innovation, and rising public health awareness, healthcare is moving from reactive treatment toward proactive continuous care, accelerating the growth of clinically reliable at-home testing solutions. At the same time, research laboratories are playing an increasingly central role in connecting basic science with clinical applications, driving sustained demand for advanced research instruments and translational technologies. CACLP 2026 aligns its exhibition layout with these structural shifts across research, clinical, digital and consumer healthcare sectors.

Venue Layout

Over 100 Concurrent Conferences and Onsite Activities

Beginning on 20 March 2026, more than 100 conferences, forums, and themed activities will take place across the exhibition venue and convention center. The program integrates academic research, clinical practice, industrial innovation, entrepreneurship, and international collaboration.

The 11th China Experimental Medicine Conference (CEMC) and Series Sessions will gather leading academicians, hospital presidents, and experts in laboratory medicine and biomedical engineering. The agenda will include keynote speeches and thematic discussions covering AI lab, pathology, molecular biology, blood transfusion, infectious disease and chronic disease management.

The 13th China IVD Industry Development Conference (CIIDC) will focus on industrial upgrading and sustainable growth. Series forums include the 9th Enlightening Lab Med - IVD Youth Entrepreneur Forum, the 8th China IVD Distribution Enterprise Forum, and the 6th China IVD Key Raw Material & Parts Forum.

Notably, the 1st China AI and Digital Twin Technology in Medicine Conference, hosted by the China Association of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Twin Medicine, will be held concurrently with the 2nd AI and Digital Twin Technology Salon during CACLP 2026. The program will feature thematic forums on AI-driven biopharmaceutical innovation, morphological intelligence, smart laboratories, showcasing the integration of advanced computational technologies with biomedical research and laboratory medicine practice.

The 2nd National Primary Healthcare Laboratory Forum will continue to address quality control, standardization of test results, and improved access to advanced diagnostics at the grassroots level, supporting the development of community-based laboratory services. 

The Go Global: China IVD International Forum 2026 will feature three focused regional sessions: Europe, Asia-Pacific, and Belt and Road markets, addressing market access, regulatory pathways, compliance, localization strategies, and international partnership models. The forum is designed to support Chinese IVD enterprises in expanding globally while facilitating reciprocal collaboration with overseas partners.

As a newly established international platform, the 1st Global IVD Innovation Summit will invite laboratory medicine experts, industry leaders, and innovators from Europe, Asia, and Africa. The summit will focus on global innovation trends, clinical needs, translational research, and sustainable industry development, fostering high-level dialogue across borders.
