HTG Molecular said on Thursday that it has signed three new European distribution agreements to promote its products and services in Nordic and Eastern Europe countries.
The Tucson, Arizona-based firm signed agreements with Denmark-based BioNordika, Czech Republic-based Explorea, and Bulgaria-based Elta 90.
Byron Lawson, senior VP and chief commercial officer of HTG, said in a statement that the firm will continue to explore opportunities to expand into additional European countries that it believes will drive its core molecular profiling business.
"Expanding and strengthening our distribution network into these European markets is another important growth step for HTG," Jean Claude Gerard, senior VP of HTG's European Operations, said in a statement. "Working closely with these distributors will improve our ability to reach new customers with our HTG EdgeSeq technology, which we believe will further accelerate our molecular profiling and diagnostic growth opportunities in the region this year."
