On October 21, 2025, Roche Diagnostics entered into a Cooperation Framework Agreement with HOB Biotech, a Chinese IVD enterprise. The two parties will carry out in-depth cooperation in the field of chemiluminescence autoantibody testing. Roche Diagnostics will purchase relevant products from HOB Biotech and promote them in the Chinese market through its commercialization network. This cooperation aims to strengthen Roche’s layout in the field of autoimmune disease testing while helping HOB Biotech expand its high-end market share.
