Claret Bioscience, a pioneer in next-generation sequencing (NGS) library preparation technologies for challenging samples, and Hamilton Company, a global leader in precision laboratory automation, are proud to announce a strategic co-promotion initiative. This collaboration aims to accelerate and simplify workflows for throughput NGS library preparation by delivering validated automation protocols for ClaretBio’s SRSLY® and REALLY™ product lines on Hamilton’s NGS STAR liquid handling platforms.
The partnership brings together ClaretBio’s expertise in developing high-performance library preparation solutions for degraded, low-input, and fragmented nucleic acids from FFPE and liquid biopsy, and Hamilton’s proven track record in precision automation for high-throughput, reproducible workflows in genomics.
"We’re excited to collaborate with Hamilton to enable high-throughput NGS library preparation from clinical and research samples in more labs. The precision and ease of use of the Hamilton system seamlessly complement ClaretBio’s library preparation protocols that target samples where sensitivity and consistency between libraries is vital." – Varsha Rao, Vice President of Partnerships and Clinical Affairs, Claret Bioscience LLC.
“At Hamilton, we are dedicated to enabling innovation through precision automation. Our collaboration with Claret Bioscience brings powerful new capabilities to laboratories working with challenging sample types. By combining Hamilton’s robust automation platforms with ClaretBio’s advanced chemistries, we are helping researchers unlock insights faster and with great confidence.” – Michael Mouradian, Vice President of Scientific Strategy, Hamilton Company
As part of the collaboration, ClaretBio and Hamilton will jointly release:
· Automation scripts for SRSLY and REALLY workflows
· Application notes, setup guides, and performance data
· Method customization services for laboratory-specific requirements for hardware and throughput
This collaboration is expected to streamline RNA and DNA sequencing preparation across a range of applications, from oncology to metagenomics and ancient DNA research and empower clinical and research laboratories to improve throughput and reproducibility, while reducing hands-on time.
