On April 18, Sino Biological Inc., a protein and antibody R&D and production expert, signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Megarobo, in which the two parties will cooperate deeply to build a new generation of intelligent and automated experimental platform and promote the leapfrog improvement of high-quality biological reagent R&D and production and technical service capability. In the future, they will also explore more diversified cooperation modes and wider application scenarios.

Plasmid construction is one of the basic but tedious operation steps in biological experiments, and traditional manual operation is time-consuming and error-prone. 

The delivered fully automated plasmid construction system is a new molecular cloning platform developed based on the combination of Megarobo's fully automated molecular experiment platform and Sino Biological's application scenarios, which can automate the whole process of PCR amplification, ligation, transformation, clone selection and other operations in plasmid construction experiments, and is expected to save 90% of labor under full load operation, and can help improve laboratory capacity and fully meet Sino Biological's high throughput demand for molecular construction.
