Runda actively invested in the construction of sampling stand for nucleic acid detection in Shanghai

Since May, in order to further facilitate citizens' nucleic acid detection, Shanghai is accelerating the layout and construction of normalized nucleic acid sampling stand in the whole city by combining "fixed sampling spot + convenient sampling stand + mobile sampling stand". Recently, Calibra, subsidiary of DIAN Diagnostics announced the completion of a new round of financing of hundreds of millions of CNY. This round of financing is led by CICC Jiatai (Tianjin) Equity, Fosun Health Capital, Qishen Venture, Xihu Scientific Innovation capital and Zhongjin Pucheng Investment participated the investment. China Renaissance serves as the exclusive financial adviser for this round of financing. This is a new round of financing completed by Calibra after completing the round B financing of hundreds of millions of CNY in 2021. The current round of financing funds will be mainly used for the R & D, registration and certification of Calibra source innovative instruments and reagents, so as to accelerate the layout of the company's national marketing network and the expansion of the company's product capacity.
