巴迪泰（广西）生物科技有限公司成立于2016年，是一家集研发、生产、销售为一体的体外诊断企业。作为韩国巴迪泰的控股子公司，公司的研发生产与韩国巴迪泰一脉相承，采用韩国先进技术及进口原料，创立了自己的国产品牌“艾美益”，并结合中国市场不断取得创新，开发出多款契合市场需求的免疫荧光分析仪。 德记巴迪泰（上海）贸易有限公司由韩国巴迪泰与“上海德记行科技发展有限公司”共同投资成立。公司于2017年成立，专注于生物医药体外诊断试剂行业POCT领域产品的研发、生产与销售。主要推广韩国巴迪泰生产的“AFIAS荧光免疫分析仪”，德记巴迪泰是“AFIAS荧光免疫分析仪”系列产品的中国营销中心。
